The metal can has all the items listing in the picture (5/16 steel, heavy foil, flint w/striker, compass, whistle, cotton tinder, wire, razor, safety pins, fishing line, hooks, rubber worm, wire saw). The Pocket Shot also works great to store and carry your ammo.
