For sizing measure your calf circumference:
Small: 28 - 33 cm // 11 - 13 in
Medium: 33 - 38 cm // 13 - 15 in
Large: 38 - 43 cm // 15 - 16.9 in
X-Large: 43 - 48 cm // 16.9 - 18.9 in
